The house consists of 3 apartments. Some apartments can be rented separately or together; Perfect for a family/friends getaway!
Getting Around The Neighborhood.
The neighborhood is a friendly, rural one. You may notice many people cruising by our residential street as the views are breath taking, the houses are beautiful, and both ends of the street lead to the famous road 413 (aka. Road to Happiness).
This home is located in the heart of Rincón, 5 minutes away from the town square by car, and is equidistant from most beaches, surf spots, bars, and restaurants.
A rental or personal car is strongly suggested.
