Welcome to Casa Ramé's Solara, our BohoChic Unit at Pineapple Hill in Rincón, PR! It is perfect for a family/friends getaway. Enjoy the ocean view from the Master Bedroom and adventure to Steps Beach on a 30 minute hike (Difficulty Level: Hard).Both bedrooms are air conditioned. You will have 1-2 residential street parking spaces available in front of the house. Please inquire about stays longer than 7 days.

Good to know

This apartment displays some accessibility features such as direct access from the street (no stairs). Entrance and doors that measure over 32 inches wide. Bathroom doors are only 28 inches.

Other Details to Note

To provide clarity on our available amenities, we want to inform our guests that we have electric water heaters exclusively for the showers. However, please note that this feature is not available for the sinks in the rest of the house, which is typical for properties in Puerto Rico. Casa Ramé doesn't currently have a power generator. In the unlikely event of a power outage, we invite you to embrace the simplicity of life and disconnect from the world for the few hours it may last.

House rules

Quiet hours after 10pm. No wet clothing on sofas or beds. Turn off A/C if not at home. Any damage to property will be charged through AirBnb Platform Primary guest must be at least 21 years old. Please clean sand off feet or other items with outside hose before entering home. Please pick up after yourself. Keep trash in trash bags/designated areas. Only guests are allowed in the apartment. A late check out fee will be applied on a case-by-case basis. Your home away from home is near the street. Although it is not a busy street, some cars drive fast. Be careful. Lost Key Fee: $25

Neighborhood

The neighborhood is a very friendly, rural one. You may also notice many people cruising by our residential street as the views are breath taking, the houses are beautiful, and both ends of the street lead to the famous road 413 (aka. Road to Happiness).

Guest access

You will have full access to your apartment. The downstairs patio area is designated for the use of downstairs guests.

Absolutely amazing! Everything was perfect for my family of four. We had an amazing experience at Carmen's place and look forward to staying there again the next time we are in Rincon! The location was perfect and close to surfing spots, shopping and restaurants. Beautiful views, peaceful neighborhood, and a wonderful breeze at night (we never needed the A/C- ceiling fans were perfect!). Again, the perfect place to stay. We hope to stay here again the next time we are in Rincon- which is hopefully soon!

The Apartment is very nice decorated, cozy, clean and comfortable. Beautiful view facing mountains and the ocean from the master bedroom! The host was always accessible and responds very fast . Really recommend the place!

Find us

We are located 5 minutes from the town square which means easy access to pharmacies, convenience stores, gas stations, and restaurants/bars. We are also less than 10 minutes to all surfing spots in town. A rental or personal car is strongly suggested.
