Welcome to Casa Ramé's Amanera & Solara, our RetroBoho Chic Units at Pineapple Hill in Rincón, PR! It is perfect for a family/friends getaway. Enjoy the ocean view from the master bedrooms and adventure to Steps Beach on a 30 minute hike (Difficulty Level: Hard). You will have 2-3 residential street parking spaces available in front of the house. Please inquire about stays longer than 7 days.

Good to know

This apartment displays some accessibility features such as direct access from the street (no stairs). Entrance and doors that measure over 32 inches wide. Bathroom doors are only 28 inches.

To provide clarity on our amenities, here are a few key features to know before your stay at Casa Ramé: 1. Hot Showers with On-Demand Heating 🚿 The shower is equipped with a Marey on-demand water heater, so you can enjoy hot showers during your stay. Just note that the bathroom and kitchen sinks only have cold water, which is common in Puerto Rico. Since the Marey unit runs on electricity, hot water won’t be available during a power outage. 2. No Power Generator ⚡ Casa Ramé does not have a generator. Power outages can occasionally happen, typically lasting a few hours. If it happens during your stay, it’s a chance to slow down, rinse off under cool water, light a candle, listen to the coquí frogs, and embrace the simplicity of island life.

Quiet hours after 10pm. No wet clothing on sofas or beds. Turn off A/C if not at home. Any damage to property will be charged through AirBnb Platform Primary guest must be at least 21 years old. Please clean sand off feet or other items with outside hose before entering home. Please pick up after yourself. Keep trash in trash bags/designated areas. Only guests are allowed in the apartment. A late check out fee will be applied on a case-by-case basis. Your home away from home is near the street. Although it is not a busy street, some cars drive fast. Be careful. Lost Key Fee: $25 Exterior-only security cameras are in place for safety. Your privacy is fully respected—no cameras face interiors or balconies.

The neighborhood is a very friendly, rural one. You may also notice many people cruising by our residential street as the views are breath taking, the houses are beautiful, and both ends of the street lead to the famous road 413 (aka. Road to Happiness).

Lock box entry. You will have full access to your apartment. The downstairs patio area is designated for the use of downstairs guests.

Carmen’s place was great! Looked exactly like the photos and comfortably fit our group of 7. We were able to drive to 3 different beaches within 6 minutes of the house and I’m sure there’s even more within that distance! Town of Rincon is very cute as well with lots of bars and restaurants.

This place is much better than what can be seen in the photos. Everything is like new, super clean, comfortable beds, bigger than expected, and great location 5 minutes from Rincon beaches and plaza. Ocean views from the rooms, balcony and patio were amazing. Carmen was a great host making sure we had everything we needed and recommending local restaurants and activities.

Find us

We are located 5 minutes from the town square which means easy access to pharmacies, convenience stores, gas stations, and restaurants/bars. We are also less than 10 minutes to all surfing spots in town. A rental or personal car is strongly suggested.
